But I’ve noticed when I don’t make time for self-care, my body revolts, usually manifesting in migraines, anxiety, and autoimmune flares. Those are sure ways to force me to stop and rest, but it also stops everything else in my life. And that's no good!
As moms, we often put our own needs on the back burner while tirelessly tending to everyone else's. But here's the truth: prioritizing self-care is not only beneficial for us but also for our families and the relationships we value.
